2.How long does it take for a package to arrive?
At Jeecoo.com, we know that fast, reliable shipment of your merchandise is important to you. Most orders are shipped out on the next business day after processing. For orders placed on weekends, holidays or after cutoff times, shipment will take place on the following business day.
You will receive e-mail confirmation(s) as you place an order and as your order ships. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your package.

Total time= Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Processing Time: Orders will be usually processed within1-3 business days, and be shipped the next business day after processing. Order processing time may take up to 2 weeks due to high volume of orders.
Shipping Time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination, it usually take 7-25 Business days. Please kindly note that these are estimated delivery times only, this website is not guaranteeing delivery dates.

4.How is my package shipped?
① If you buy Jeecoo products on Amazon, Amazon will choose the best carrier for you.
②If you shop Jeecoo products from our official store directly, we will ship the package via carriers like FeDex, DHL, USPS and YunExpress.
5.I ordered more than one item. Will they be delivered at the same time?
We will do our best to make sure you can receive all of your items at the same time. Please note that sometimes the items will be delivered separately at different times due to different shipping options. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
6.Can I change the delivery address after the package has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, you cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
